I am a long term fan and one time practitioner of JKD..
I have signed up here in the hope that everyone in the forum keep it real and in the spirit of honesty to the great late Bruce Lee and his family ,friends and students....
I have been trying to return to training for years now and being 40 has just done the trick im getting old and jkd is what kept me young im looking forward to being 12 again ha ha
